The website is not necessarily updated daily. Therefore, before selecting a participating doctor or hospital, be sure to verify your particular doctor or hospital is still in the network. If your provider is not listed or you have additional questions about finding a provider, please contact Customer Service at (866) 225-CARE (2273) or (503) 222-2880 Monday through Friday 8 am to 8 pm.
